Baldwin Park is a fairly large area with picnic and restroom facilities.  It sets upon a historic bluff overlooking the river.  There is ample parking.

    Baldwin Park to Gale Road Launch site is 4.4 River miles.  There are many opportunities to observe wildlife and wildflowers.  Keep an eye out for Sandhill Cranes feeding at several coves of lily pads along the way.
